Our Work

Stand Together Foundation identifies the most innovative and effective community-based non-profits, supports their growth, and invests in their success.

We search the country for social entrepreneurs that are already making a difference with creative approaches that are disrupting the way that change happens. From there, our goal is simple: to help them help more. To make a bigger difference.

We work with these partners to clearly articulate their vision, consistently apply structured decision-making processes, and implement sound business practices in order to remove barriers to their growth, unlock their full potential as an institution, and supercharge their impact. From there, we tailor our partnerships and provide investment opportunities that focus on maximizing the outcomes and transformational impact they have on their beneficiaries and their communities.

Helping Non-Profits Scale

The Phoenix, a sober fitness community combating the addiction epidemic, has expanded to 28 cities across the country through their Phoenix Rising model developed in collaboration with Stand Together Foundation.
